본 연구는 대전시의 원도심과 신도심의 시간에 따른 공간의 변화와 그 차이를 살펴보기 위한 지속적인 연구과제로서, 원도심의 중심축인 중앙로와 그 지하상가에 대해 2009년 9월 ~ 11월에 걸쳐 실시한 제2차 야외조사를 실시하였으며, 그 자료를 활용하여 도시 공간의 중심지이며 접근성이 비교적 양호한 원도심의 기능과 토지이용 상태를 설명하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 원도심에 해당하는 충남도청에서 목척교(대전천)에 이르는 중앙로 인접지역의 377개 조사지점과 지하상가의 432개 조사지점에 대해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평면적 토지이용에서 양호한 접근성과 다양한 도시기능이 집중된 도심(C.B.D.)의 특성을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 입면적 토지이용에서 원도심의 특성상 고층화된 빌딩이 적어 토지이용의 효율성은 높지 않다. 셋째, 지하상가는 패션가를 형성하고 있으며, 고급소매기능과 생활관련기능이 집중되어 있다.
Abstract
In this study, the original center of the city of Daejeon and new urban area changes over time and find out the differences is an ongoing research project. The original central axis of the city and its underground mall for Jungangro September ~ November 2009 the 2nd field survey were carried out, using the data in to the center of the urban area is relatively good accessibility and to describe the status of land use are aimed at. Corresponding to the original center of the city from Chungnam Provincial Office to Mokcheokgyo (Daejeoncheon) 377 survey points to areas adjacent to Jungangro, and the underground mall on the 432 survey points were analyzed as follows. First, the good accessibility and a variety of plane land use urban center focused on features (C.B.D.) has the characteristics. Second, the vertical characteristics of urban land use high rise in the original less qualified building is not high efficiency of land use. Third, the underground mall that has formed fashion. And advanced retail functionality and life related functions are concentrated.
