교육대학 예비교사들의 무용지도력 향상에 관한 연구

This study is to draw a reform measures and the ways to carry out of improvement of dance teaching ability in pre-teacher education at national university of education. After for 15 weeks class, participants perceived a values of dance and recognized dance as pleasant experience, easy to perform, useful activity for a primary school. Also they gained educational outcomes like vitalization of creative thinking, increase concern about movement, understanding about knowledge of elements and skills of movement, promotion of friendly relations, exploration possibility of educational field. On the one hand, they have problems and mental conflict from insufficiency of self-confidence, difference between them in terms of personal ability, difficulty ot correct performance, shortage of time to practice and explore teaching method, failure to reach an agreement. According to the results, a variety of activity which can strengthen movement experience through pre-service education curriculum, workshop and seminar, performance both inside and outside, discretionary activity(exercise) is needed. Also a subject management considered personal difference, development of educational programme that is exiting and valuable for school field, application of teaching model proper for learning situation, school field experience is needed. Lastly, learners need to cultivate active attitude for problem -solving and immersion.
