The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of improvement for the primary and secondary dance education in Korea considering the case of development of dance education in New Zealand. Current status of primary and secondary dance education in the school of New Zealand was investigated including the educational system and compared and analyzed with the dance education in Korea.
