본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 태권도 경기지도자들의 리더십 유형에 따른 고등학교 태권도선수들의 선수만족도와 선수스트레스의 구조적 관계를 규명하여, 태권도 경기지도자의 새롭고 적절한 리더십 유형을 제시하기 위함이다. 이 연구를 위해서 단순무선표집법(simple random sampling)의 표집방법으로 서울시 남ㆍ여 고등학교 태권도선수들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 249부의 자료가 사용되었다. 결과분석을 위한 통계분석방법에는 빈도분석, 타당도 검증을 위한 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고등학교 태권도 경기지도자들의 리더십 유형 중 보상형, 훈련지도형 그리고 배려형이 선수만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 고등학교 태권도 경기지도자들의 리더십 유형 중 보상형과 민주형이 선수스트레스에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between the general player satisfaction and general player stress to leadership style of Taekwondo coach in the high school professional players in Seoul, and to present a new type of appliable leadership style. For the this study, a total of 249 professional high school Taekwondo players in Seoul were subjected for population by simple random sampling and Leadership Scale for Sports (LSS), the Satisfaction Scale and Stress Scale for Taekwondo were used to obtain the study results. In order to analysis this Data, SPSS 15.0 was utilized to Factor analysis for validity and Cronbach`s α for reliability. In addition, multiple regression and correlation analysis were tested for hypotheses, and significance was judged at significance level of P< .05. Conclusions obtained from these analyses were as follows: First, the results from the analysis indicate that compensated leadership style, drill and direction leadership style and thoughtful leadership style had statistically significant influences on the general player satisfaction. Second, the results from the analysis indicate that compensated leadership style and masterful leadership style had statistically significant influences on the general player stress.
