태권도 선수들의 열정이 친사회적⋅반사회적 행동에 미치는 영향: 도덕적 이탈의 매개효과 검증

초록

본 연구의 목적은 태권도 선수들의 열정이 친사회적 행동과 반사회적 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이들 간의 관계를 도덕적 이탈이 어떠한 매개역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2018년 제주특별자치도에 전지훈련에 참가한 고등부, 대학부 선수 199명을 대상으로 열정과 도덕적 이탈, 친사회적 행동 및 반사회적 행동에 대한 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조화열정은 친사회적 행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 관계를 도덕적이탈이 유의한 정(+)의 부분 매개하였다. 둘째, 조화열정은 반사회적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지못하였지만, 도덕적 이탈이 유의한 부(-)의 완전 매개하였다. 셋째, 강박열정은 친사회적 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였지만, 도덕적 이탈이 유의한 부(-)의 완전 매개하였다. 넷째, 강박열정은반사회적 행동에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 이들 관계를 도덕적 이탈이 유의한 정(+)의 부분매개하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of passion of Taekwondo athletes on prosocial behavior and antisocial behavior and to investigate the role of moral disengagement in their relationship. The subjects of this study were 199 high school students and college athletes participating in battery training in J in 2018, and analyzed data on passion, moral disengagement, prosocial behavior, and antisocial behavior. The following conclusions were obtained. First, harmony passion had a positive(+) influence on prosocial behavior, and these relationships were partially mediated by positive(+) moral disengagement. Second, harmony passion did not have a significant effect on antisocial behavior, but moral disengagement was a significant mediator. Third, obsessive passion did not have a significant effect on prosocial behaviors, but moral disengagement had a significant negative mediator. Fourth, obsessive passion had a positive(+) effect on antisocial behaviors, and these relationships were partially mediated by positive(+) moral disengagement.
