한반도 통일을 위한 중국의 정치적 역할

중국 정부는 적극적으로 한반도의 비핵화와 평화화를 추진하고 있다. 또한 한반도의 영원한 평화 메카니즘의 조속한 형성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 다른 측면에서도 역시, 중국은 계속 동북아 지역 수호와 안정을 위해 명확한 입장을 견지하고 있다. 이것은 한반도의 안전을 위한 필요조건이며, 동시에 중국 자신의 안전과 중국 외교 정책을 지탱하기 위한 필요조건이기도 하다. 통일된 한반도는 중국에게 안정적인 주변 환경을 가져올 것이다. 따라서 장기간 동북아 지역 협력적 정치의 장애물이 해소되는 것이다. 중국 경제의 지속 가능한 발전을 위해 중국 동북아 지역의 경제 협력은 좋은 외부 조건의 하나라 할수 있다. 중국의 한반도 정책 목표는 한반도의 평화와 안정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중국의 대 한반도 정책이 무엇인지를 살펴보고 한반도의 안정화를 위하여어떠한 노력을 하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the changes in behavior towards South-North Korean unification since the end of the Korean war to the establishment of diplomatic relations between South Korea and China and the possible roles and aspectations of China in the Korean unification process as well as contributing to the formulation of diplomatic policy with China. Based upon these changing Northeast Asian relations and China’s emergence,China is very important to Korean peninsula or Korean unification. China has maintained diplomatic relations with both North and South Korea. China could influence North Korea toward more stable change and peaceful coexistence within Northeast Asia.
