본 연구의 목적은 집단 음악치료 프로그램이 유치원 아동의 스트레스 감소에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 있었다. 본 연구의 대상 아동은 강서구, 서초구, 은평구에 위치한 여섯 군데의 유치원에 재원 중인 만 5세 원아 중 심리/ 정서적 지원이 필요한 아동 40명이다. 본 연구에서 아동들의 스트레스 행동을 관찰하기 위해 사용한 측정도구는 교실 내 아동 스트레스 행동 관찰 도구(CCSBI : Classroom Child Stress Behavior Instrument)로 아동의 소극적 스트레스 행동과 적극적 스트레스 행동(자신에 대한 스트레스 행동, 타인에 대한 스트레스 행동, 물체에 대한 스트레스 행동)을 평가하였다. CCSBI를 통해 평가된 자료는 집단 음악치료 프로그램 전과 후 아동의 CCSBI 점수를 산출하여 paired t -test를 통해 효과를 검증하였다. CCSBI를 통해 아동의 행동을 관찰한 결과 소극적 스트레스 행동(t=3.250, p< .05), 적극적 스트레스 행동 중 자신에 대한 스트레스 행동(t=1.596, p< .05), 타인에 대한 스트레스 행동(t=1.791, p< .05), 물체에 대한 스트레스 행동(t=2.018, p< .05) 모두 집단 음악치료 프로그램 후 유의한 감소를 보였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted with the objective to discover the effect of group music therapy program in decreased stress for preschool children with affect and behavioral problem. The study covered 40 children who was needed to psychological support in 6 preschool which located Gangseo Gu, Seocho Gu, Eunpyeong Gu. This study applied CCSBI(Classroom Child Stress Behavior Instrument) in order to collect data on children's responses. CCSBI has passive stress behavior, self with self stress, self with other stress, self with object stress. For statistics processing to deal with data related to study issues, paired t-test were employed. The result of paired t-test was a significant difference in terms of passive stress behavior(t=3.250, p< .05), self with self stress(t=1.596, p< .05), self with other stress(t=1.791, pp< .05), self with object stress(t=2.018, p< .05).
