청소년의 스트레스와 공격성 감소를 위한 동작ㆍ집단음악치료프로그램 활용방안

초록

본 연구는 청소년의 스트레스와 공격성 감소를 위한 동작․집단음악치료 프로그램 활용방안에 대해 알아본다. 연구 대상은 고등학교 남학생 48명으로 선정하고, 실험집단 16명, 비교집단 1은 16명, 비교집단 2는 16명으로 하여 무선 배치하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 동작․집단음악치료프로그램을 대상 집단에 실시하고, 비교집단 1에 나를 찾아 떠나는 심리 여행, 비교집단 2에는 미술치료 활동으로 구성한 프로그램을 13회기 동안, 매회 90분간 실시하였다. 청소년의 스트레스, 공격성 감소를 위한 동작․집단음악치료프로그램은 신뢰감 형성과 인식, 자기개방과 타인에 대한 이해, 실행 세 단계로 구성되었다. 사용 도구는 안재원(1997)의 고등학생 대상으로 개발한 스트레스 검사와 노안녕(1983)이 제작한 공격성 검사 중 본 연구의 의도와 부합된다고 판단되는 16개 문항을 선별하여 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 사전·사후의 검사 평균 및 표준편차를 구하고, 프로그램의 효과 분석을 위해서는 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결론은 첫째, 동작․집단음악치료프로그램은 청소년의 스트레스 감소에 대해 긍정적인 효과를 보여 주었다. 둘째, 동작․집단 음악치료 프로그램이 청소년의 공격성 감소에 긍정적인 효과를 보였다.

Abstract

To reduce stress and aggression in adolescents Action Group Music Therapy Program Utilization Plan, The subjects of this study were 48 male high school students located in K city. 16 students were placed as experimental group, while the remaining 32 students were divided equally to 16 each in comparative group 1 and group 2. To confirm the effect of the program, movement․group music therapy program was implemented in experimental group, while structured group counseling on beautiful life was made for comparative group 1, and 90 minutes long 13 lectures on music therapy were provided to comparative group 2. This therapeutic program to reduce stress and aggression for adolescents was composed of three stages, namely trust development and cognitive stage, stage of self-disclosure and understanding of others, and execution stage. The stress examination of high school students developed by Jae-Won Ahn(1997), and stress tes of Spielberger(1988) and his colleagues(Johnson, Russel, Crane, Jocobs, & Worden, 1985), which was revised by Baek-Young Kim(1997), were tools that were used in the study. The data from this study found the average and standard deviation before and after the examination, and used the analysis of covarience(ANCOVA) to measure the effect of the program. The finding from the study showed that first and the grouping music therapy program produced positive outcomes in reducing stress of adolescents. Second, the group music therapy program also decreased of aggression adolescents.
