예술 강사의 문화예술교육 파트너십 인식 연구: 대전광역시 사회문화예술교육 지원사업을 중심으로

Abstract

Korea's culture and arts education support policies have achieved remarkable quantitative growth over the past 12 years under government-centered leadership. However, the government has focused especially on the implementation of successful cases overseas without considering the on-the-ground impact of such programs. As a result, more emphasis should be placed on qualitative development. In order to maintain high-quality culture and arts education, partnerships between the stake-holders in various fields within the community should be established. Partnerships between local arts organizations and arts lecturers will, in particular, play a key role in improving the quality of education. This paper examines the specific partnership experiences of arts lecturers among various institutions, organizations, administrators, and learners in the Daejoen area. This research analyzes the specificities and problems of the arts and culture education support project through intensive interviews with arts lecturers, covering the four stages of the project process: planning, progress, evaluation and feedback. The research also suggests better partnership arrangements in culture and arts education by clarifying the impact of the partnerships among arts lecturers and the various stake-holders in different stages with the goal of improving the overall quality of education in these areas.
