기악교육을 위하여 교사가 갖추어야 할 역량에 대한 문헌 고찰 연구

초록

이 연구는 기악 교육을 위한 기악 교사에게 필요한 역량을 문헌 연구를 통해 고찰해 보는 데에 목적이 있 다. 문헌 연구 결과 창의적이고 다양하게 변화하는 기악 학습 방법의 발달과 더불어 새로운 시대의 변화에 따 른 역량이 기악 교사에게 필요하다. 음악 및 교육적 목표, 예술 장르, 교수법적 설정 및 접근, 맥락적 학습의 4가지 측면으로 기악 교사들이 갖추어야 할 역량은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 명확한 기악 교육의 목표와 다양한 교 수목표의 설정과 접근을 할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 악기 연주의 기능적인 부분을 채워줄 수 있는 교사 역량이 필요하다. 셋째, 기악 합주를 활용하는 교사 역량이다. 넷째, 학습자들의 수준에 맞는, 기악 합주를 위한 악보 를 편곡할 수 있는 역량이다. 다섯째, 학습자들과의 소통이다. 음악 교과목을 가르침에 있어 기악 교사는 실기 와 이론을 모두 갖추어야하기 때문에 교사의 역량이 매우 중요하고, 다양한 역량을 갖추어야 한다. 역량 개발 을 위해 기악 교사는 끊임없는 노력이 필요할 것이며, 이러한 기악 교사의 역량은 기악 교육을 위한 다양한 교수-학습 방법의 개발을 위한 도구로서 제안될 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the competencies required of instrumental music teachers for instrumental music education through literature research. Based on the development of creative and diverse instrumental music learning methods as a result of literature research, music and educa- tional goals, artistic genres, pedagogical settings and approaches, and contextual learning presented as necessary competencies for instrumental music teachers in accordance with the changes of the new era. The competencies that instrumental music teachers must have are as follows. First, it is nec- essary to be able to set and approach clear instrumental music education goals and various teaching goals. Second, the teacher's ability to fill the functional part of musical instrument performance is needed. Third, it is the teacher's ability to use instrumental ensembles. Fourth, it is the ability to ar- range sheet music for instrumental ensembles that fit the level of learners. Fifth, communication with learners. In teaching music subjects, instrumental music teachers must have both practical skills and theory, so the teacher's competence is very important and must have various competencies. Instrumental music teachers will need constant efforts to develop their competencies, and these in- strumental music teachers' competencies can be suggested as a tool for the development of various teaching-learning methods for instrumental music education.
