본 연구는 IT 전공과 비IT 전공 대학생들의 ChatGPT 기반 학습 경험(인식, 몰입도, 만족도) 차이를 비교하였다. 신구대학교 재학생 106명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 기술통계 및 독립표본 t-검정을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 비IT 전공 학생들이 인식과 만족도에서 IT 전공 학생보다 유의미하게 높은 수치를 보였다. 이는 전공에 따라 AI 도구에 대한 수용성과 학습 경험이 상이할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 전공 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 AI 활용 전략의 필요성을 제언하며, 향후 다양한 생성형 AI 도구를 포괄하는 후속 연구를 제안한다.
Abstract
This study investigates the differences in perception, engagement, and satisfaction regarding ChatGPT-based learning experiences between IT and non-IT major university students. As generative AI technologies rapidly transform educational environments, understanding student acceptance and learning outcomes across disciplines has become crucial. Survey data collected from 106 students across four majors at Shingu University were statistically analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-tests. Results reveal that non-IT majors show significantly higher levels of perceived usefulness and satisfaction compared to IT majors. These findings suggest that discipline-specific characteristics influence the acceptance of AI-driven learning tools. Implications for customized educational strategies and future research directions are discussed.
