Abstract
There are two main research objectives of this paper. First, it is to measure the level of importance and satisfaction of the multicultural family support policy recognized by members of multicultural families. This study aims to quantitatively analyze the difference in the level of perception of the importance and satisfaction of multicultural family support policies between the multicultural household members who are raising children and the multicultural household members who are not raising children among multicultural household members. Second, based on the difference in the level of perception of the two multicultural household members groups according to whether or not to raise children derived through the above analysis, policies that the government should focus more on investing efforts among the currently implemented multicultural family support policies and, on the contrary, policies that correspond to areas where excessive efforts are being administered are being derived. Through the results of this study, it is judged that this study is contributing to the theoretical expansion of domestic multicultural research that has verified and discussed the effectiveness of multicultural family support policies without considering collective differences in multicultural households. In addition, this study provides policy implications that government agencies that plan and implement multicultural family support policies need to focus more on differences in perception of importance and satisfaction of multicultural family support policies that differ from group to group.
