소유잠재성으로 본 저출산 현상의 원인과 대안 연구

본 연구는 한국의 고질적인 사회문제로 되는 저출산 현상의 대안을 제시하는데, 그 목적이 있다. 미래 적 소유잠재성의 시각에서 출산으로 인해 국가, 개인, 기업이 얻을 수 있는 것과 상실하게 되는 것들을 파악하고, 이를 보완할 수 있는 대안을 제시한다. 국가에게 저출산의 지속은 생존을 위협하며, 자기보존을 어렵게 한다. 출산은 국가의 생존과 관련한 문제로 볼 수 있다. 반면에 오늘날 개인에게 출산과 양육은 자산의 감소는 물론 현재의 일자리를 위협한다. 저출산의 해결방안은 미래 세대 츨생을 개인의 상속재산 지분과 연계하며, 국가지원금과 합의된 평균자녀수와 평균자녀수 분포와 연계하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 국가를 이끌어갈 미래 세대 존재를 개인 상속재산과 국가의 예산 및 지원금과 연계하여 저출산의 대안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to suggest an alternative to the low birth rate phenomenon, which is a chronic social problem in Korea. From the perspective of future possession potential, it identifies what countries, individuals, and businesses can gain and lose due to childbirth, and suggestible alternatives to supplement them. For the country, the continued low fertility threatens survival and makes self-preservation difficult. On the other hand, for individuals today, childbirth and childrearing threaten not only a decrease in assets but also a current job. The solution to the low birth rate is to link the birth of future generations to the individual's share of inherited property, and to the average number of children and the distribution of average children agreed upon with state subsidies. In this study, an alternative to low fertility was suggested by linking the existence of future generations who will lead the next generation with personal inheritance and the national budget and subsidies.
