뉴스 데이터를 활용한 대·중소기업 간 갈등 요인 변화 연구

Using News Data to Study Changes in Conflict Factors between Large and Small Businesses

초록

본 연구는 기업 간 갈등의 구조와 역학을 뉴스 데이터를 통해 분석하고, 키워드 중심으로 갈등의 본질과 시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 뉴스 데이터의 부정적 이슈 비중이 높은 업종은 이미 갈등 해소를 위한 법·제도적 지원이 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 갈등 원인이 계속적으로 표출됨에 따라 갈등 양상이 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 최근 기업 간 갈등 원인은 유통 경로상 갈등, 공급망 내 갈등, 정책변화에 따른 갈등과 같이 갈등의 원인을 유형화 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 정책변화에 따른 갈등이 유통 경로상 갈등, 공급망 내 갈등을 유발하는 등 여러 요인들에 의해 복합적인 갈등의 양상을 나타내는 업종들도 나타났다.

Abstract

This study analyzed the structure and dynamics of intercompany conflicts through news data, and analyzed the nature of conflicts and their impact on the market through keywords. The results showed that, first, industries with a high proportion of negative issues in the news data have a persistent conflict pattern as the causes of conflict continue to be expressed despite legal and institutional support for conflict resolution. Second, the causes of recent intercompany conflicts can be categorized as distribution route conflicts, supply chain conflicts, and conflicts due to policy changes. Third, we found that some industries exhibit a complex pattern of conflict due to multiple factors, such as conflict due to policy changes triggering conflict along the distribution route and conflict within the supply chain.
