본 연구는 슈퍼바이저의 슈퍼비전역량을 슈퍼바이지-슈퍼바이저의 비교 관점에서 고찰하고, 슈퍼비전역량에 대한 기관요인의 영향을 확인하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 경기지역 사회복지기관 종사자 241명의 수립된 자료를 t-검정과 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 슈퍼바이저가 슈퍼바이지에 비해 슈퍼비전역량에 대해서 긍정적으로 평가하였으며, 슈퍼비전역량 하위영역 중 지식과 자질에서 집단 간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 슈퍼비전역량의 선행 요인을 확인하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 확인한 결과 슈퍼바이저의 연령이 낮을수록 그리고 학력이 높을수록 자신의 슈퍼비전 역량을 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으며 기관의 지지는 p>.001에서 △R²=.305의 수준에서 슈퍼비전 역량을 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 슈퍼비전 역량을 강화하기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study examines the supervision competence of supervisor from the comparative perspective of supervisor and supervisee, and investigates the effects of organizational factors on supervisor’s supervision competence. For this purpose, data collected from 241 workers at social welfare agencies in Gyeonggi-do were analyzed through t-test and hierarchical regression analysis. The major results of data analysis are as follows. First, supervisors are more positive than supervisees in terms of supervision competence. Second, there is a statistically significant difference between two groups in supervision knowledge and qualities among the subfields of supervision competence. Third, in the case of supervisors, the younger the age and the higher the education level, the more positively they perceive their supervision competence, and agency’s supervision support explains supervision competence at the level of △R² = .305 at p> .001. Finally, based on the results of this study, the directions for strengthening the supervision competence were suggested.
