초록
Two experiments were conducted to determine useful image acquisition and dose reduction effectsduring Skull testing using Hardware, Software, and Non-Grid. The first experiment confirmed that there was areduction of up to 28% kVp 60% mAs in non-grid, a reduction of at least 15% kVp 25% mAs in non-grid. a reductionof 16% kVp / 60% mAs in software Grid, a reduction of at least 15% kVp 25% mAs, in software Grid when usingthe Hardware Grid. The second experiment conducted a 5-point qualitative evaluation of five radiologists whoworked for more than 10 years as a image evaluation. Each evaluation was conducted in a free environment such asconcentration control and scaling. The above results were obtained in the SID 150 cm experiment, but the SID 180cm received the highest evaluation for images using Hardware Grid. This is believed to have affected the qualitativeevaluation by obtaining a more contrasting image because the Grid used in the experiment required relatively highdoses, which, unlike conventional conditions of 100 cm and 150 cm, differed by more than 10%. This study comparedand analyzed images of Hardware Grid, Software Grid, and Non-Grid to determine their usefulness and concluded thefollowing: Although the use of Software Grid, which received the lowest dose and the highest evaluation score dueto changes in each SID, proved its usefulness, it is believed that using Hardware Grid can provide more appropriateimages depending on the patient's physique and condition. This is expected to be sufficiently variable depending onthe characteristics of each hospital.
Abstract
Two experiments were conducted to determine useful image acquisition and dose reduction effectsduring Skull testing using Hardware, Software, and Non-Grid.
