본 연구의 목적은 취업이 점차 심각해지는 이 시기에 대학생들의 감성지능과 인지정서조절전략이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 충남에 위치한 4년제 N 대학교의 교양수업을 수강한 348명의 학생들로 구성되었으며, 분석방법으로는 SPSS 26.0을 사용하였고 기술통계량, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과 대학생들의 감성지능과 인지정서조절전략은 진로성숙도와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 통계적으로도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 감정이나 정서들도 긍정적 사고와 동기유발 등을 통하여 진로성숙도를 높일 수 있다는 결과를 바탕으로앞으로도 진로성숙도를 높이는 다양한 연구 및 프로그램이 확산되기를 기대하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구가 진로 및 취업분야에구체적이고 실행가능한 방안들을 마련하는데 기초자료로 활용되기를 바란다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of emotional intelligence and cognitive emotion regulation strategies oncareer maturity among university students during this period of increasing employment challenges. The study participants consistedof 348 students who attended general education courses at a 4-year N University located in Chungnam. The analysis was conductedusing SPSS 26.0, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were applied. The research findings indicateda significant correlation between emotional intelligence and cognitive emotion regulation strategies with career maturity amonguniversity students. The results suggested that positive thinking and motivation related to their emotions and feelings could enhancecareer maturity. Based on these findings, it is expected that various research and programs aiming to enhance career maturity will bepromoted in the future. Additionally, the study aspires to serve as foundational data in devising concrete and achievable strategiesfor career and employment fields.
