본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 3급 교직훈련과정과 신중년 교직훈련과정을 대상으로 역량 수준을 잠재프로파일분석(LPA)으로 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 두 과정 모두 4개 유형으로 분류되었으며, 3급 과정은 ‘저수준형’, ‘행정·조직관리 미흡형’, ‘중간수준형’, ‘전반적 고숙련형’으로, 신중년 과정은 ‘중간수준형’ 비중이 높고 ‘전반적 고숙련형’은 낮게 나타났다. 특히두 과정에서 공통적으로 행정·조직관리 역량의 취약성이 확인되었다. 이는 교직훈련과정 개편 시 맞춤형 교육과정 설계와 행정 실무 역량 강화가 필요함을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study conducted a Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) to compare and analyze competency levels of vocational training instructors participating in the Level 3 teacher training program and the Mid-to-Late Career (Shinjungnyeon) program. The analysisidentified four distinct profiles in both programs. In the Level 3 program, the profiles were classified as “Low-level,” “Weak inAdministration and Organizational Management,” “Moderate-level,” and “Highly Competent.” In the Mid-to-Late Career program,the “Moderate-level” group was dominant, while the proportion of the “Highly Competent” group was relatively low. A commonfinding across both programs was the weakness in administrative and organizational management competencies. These results suggest the need for tailored curricula and enhanced training in administrative competencies when reforming teacher training programs.
