본 연구의 목적은 비교과프로그램 참여자와 비참여자 학생들의 학습역량(LCT-CMB)과 핵심역량(K-CESA)의 차이를 알아보고 비교과프로그램 참여자의 학습역량과 핵심역량 간의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이에 따라 대전광역시에 소재한 P대학교 재학생 중 비교과프로그램 참여자와 비참여자 212명을 대상으로 연구목적에 따라 독립표본 t검증 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 대학생의 핵심역량에 대한 비교과프로그램 참여자와 비참여자의 비교에서는 자원정보기술역량에서, 하위영역은 자원활용능력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 학습역량에서는 인지영역의 지식과 사고에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 학습동기영역에서는 정서에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 비교과 프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 학습역량이 핵심역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 학습역량은 핵심역량에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 인지는 자기관리역량에 영향을 주었고, 학습행동은 자기관리역량과 종합적사고력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 비교과프로그램 참여여부에 따른 대학생 핵심역량과 학습역량 차이와 영향관계를 확인함으로써 대학교육 발전을 위한 교육과정 및 비교과프로그램 개발, 운영을 위한 중요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Learning Competency and Core Competency of colleges students participated in extracurricular programs and to analyze the differences in LCT-CMB(Learning Competency) and K-CESA(Core Competency) between extracurricular program participants and non-participants. The data were analyzed with Independent two samples t-tests and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study showed there was a significant difference in resource information technology competency of core competency. In addition, there was a significant difference in knowledge and thinking in the cognitive domain of learning competency, and in emotion in the learning motivation domain. For extracurricular program participants, learning competency has a statistically significant impact on core competency. In particular, cognitive domain had an effect on self-management competency and learning behaviors influenced self-management competency and comprehensive thinking skills. This study can provide some implications for curriculum and extracurricular programs for college students.
