본 연구는 세월호 침몰이라는 정부위기 이후, 국민이 인적사회 재난에 대한 불안 인식과 정부의 재난관리 정책성과와 같은 상황적 요인이 정부신뢰 지표인 대통령의 국정운영평가에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 즉, 다차원적 개념인 정부신뢰가 특정시점의 사건에 의해 영향 받을 수 있다는 점을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 재난안전에 대한 불안인식 외에도 우리사회의 재난안전도 평가와 재난관리 정책성과 역시 정부신뢰를 결정하는 중요 요인으로 발견된 만큼 (ⅰ) 시민들의 안전의식 향상, (ⅱ) 환경 구조물 취약성 점검, (ⅲ) 재난안전 및 관리에 대한 정부의 역량강화와 함께 이를 통해 정부신뢰를 증가시키는 방향으로의 노력이 필요하다.
Abstract
After a government crisis, ferry Sewol sinking, this study is the purpose that disaster safety perception and disaster management policy outcomes will affect the performance of president, the measure of governmental trust. This research looked at that government trust as a multidimensional concepts can be influenced by a particular accident. Analysis showed that (ⅰ) develop a safety recognition, (ⅱ) environmental structures security vulnerability check, (ⅲ) stronger capabilities of government for disaster safety and management are a major determinant in governmental trust.
