미용전공 고교생의 교육서비스 만족에 관한 연구

미용고교생의 교육서비스 만족도 파악을 위한 실증적 연구결 과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 교육서비 스 만족도 차이에서 성별과 개설과목 중 중요하다고 생각하는 과목에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 남자가 여자보다 만족도가 높았고, 메이크업과 네일아트 교과목에 비하여 기타 과목과 헤 어미용에 대한 만족도가 더 높았다. 둘째 과정품질 만족도와 결 과품질 만족도의 관계를 규명에서, 과정품질 만족도와 결과품질 만족도는 높은 정적상관이 있었으며, 과정품질 만족도의 하위 항목들과 결과품질 만족도 간에도 높은 정적상관이 있었다. 즉, 과정품질 만족도가 높을수록 결과품질 만족도도 높아지는 관계 에 있다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 결과품질 만족도에 가장 큰 향을 미치는 변수는 과정품질 만족도의 하위 항목인 교육과정 만족 도으며, 다음으로 진로교육 만족도, 물리적환경 만족도 순이 었다. 즉, 교육과정 만족도가 높을수록, 진로교육 만족도가 높을 수록, 물리환경 만족도가 높을수록 결과품질 만족도가 높아진다 고 할 수 있다. 한편, 과정품질과 결과품질의 관계에서는 교육과 정과 교사 요인과의 관계가 아주 높은 정적 상관이었으므로, 회 귀분석에서 제거된 교사만족도 또한 교육과정 못지않게 결과품 질에 향을 준다는 것을 의미한다. 이상의 결과를 통한 제언은 첫째, 미용특성화 교육의 내실화 를 위한 전공별 세분화에 따른 전문교육이 필요하며, 취업에 대 비한 실기교육 강화가 있어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교육과정과 교사 만족도는 학생 만족도에 특히 향력 있는 변인이므로 급속히 변화하는 사회환경에 부응하는 교육과정의 운용은 물론 교사의 전문성 확보를 위한 다양한 노력이 있어야 할 것으로 보인다. 특히 미용전문교과목은 실기교육 의존도가 높고, 체계적인 미용 이론교육은 실기교육의 시너지 효과를 창출한다는 점을 감안할 때, 체계적인 이론과 탄탄한 실기력은 교사전문성 확보의 원천 이 되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 일부 미용특성화 고등학교의 학생 들을 대상으로 그들의 만족도를 분석한 것이므로 그 결과는 전 체 미용특성화고 학생들의 만족도로 확대 해석하는 데 한계가 있음을 밝혀둔다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of each factor of process quality to result quality, and the influence of the former on the latter, after the educational services provided for beauty high school students were classified into process quality and result quality. The participants in this study were 250 specialized high school seniors. Data were gathered from October 8 to 12, 2013. Frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, Duncan’s test, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analyses were utilized. The collected data were analyzed using a statistical package (SPSS 21.0). Study results showed that boys expressed more satisfaction with the educational services than girls when considering satisfaction level by gender. Considering satisfaction with the subjects, participants were more satisfied with hair beauty than any other subject. Additionally, study results revealed that more satisfaction with process quality led to greater satisfaction with result quality. Furthermore, the variable that exerted the largest influence on result quality satisfaction was curriculum satisfaction, one of the subfactors of process quality satisfaction. The second most influential variable was career education satisfaction, followed by physical environmental satisfaction. These results indicated that result quality satisfaction was greater when there was more satisfaction with curriculum, career education, and physical environments. Regarding the relationship of process quality to result quality, curriculum was strongly positively correlated with the factor “teacher”, implying that teacher satisfaction, which was excluded from the regression analysis, affected result quality as much as curriculum.
