특성화고 미용전공 학생들의 학교생활 만족도 파악을 위한실증적 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역에 따른 학교생활 만족도 파악에서 경기지역 학생들은 경남지역 학생들보다 교사만족도, 물리적 환경 만족도, 결과품질 만족도에 더 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 과정품질 만족도는 학교생활 만족도와 높은 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 과정품질의 교육과정 만족도, 교사 만족도, 교우관계 만족도, 물리적 환경 만족도 등 4가지 모든 영역과 결과품질 만족도 간에도 높은 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 즉, 과정품질 만족도가 높을수록 결과품질 만족도도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결과품질 만족도에 영향을 주는 변인들을 살펴보면, 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 교육과정 만족도였으며, 다음으로 물리적 환경 만족도, 교우관계 만족도, 교사 만족도 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교육과정 만족도, 물리적 환경 만족도, 교우관계 만족도, 교사 만족도가 높을수록 결과품질 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
A study was conducted from October 19 to 30, 2015 on 198 selected students in their second and third years in specialized beauty high schools located in Gyeonggi Province and South Gyeongsang Province to investigate their satisfaction with school life. Questionnaire items were prepared based on Grönroos’ theory of service quality evaluation about process quality and outcome quality and based on earlier studies. The findings of the study were as follows: first, as for school life satisfaction according to residential area, the students from Gyeonggi were more satisfied than the students from Gyeongsangnamdo with teachers, physical environments and outcome quality. Second, there was a close positive correlation between school life satisfaction and process quality satisfaction including curriculum, physical environments, peer relationships and teachers, and the subfactors of school life satisfaction had close correlations with outcome quality satisfaction as well. It could be said that higher satisfaction with process satisfaction was followed by higher satisfaction with outcome quality. Third, concerning the variables affecting outcome quality satisfaction, curriculum satisfaction was the most influential variable, followed by satisfaction with physical environments, peer relationships and teachers. We observed outcome quality satisfaction became higher when participants were more satisfied with the curriculum, physical environments, peer relationships and teachers.
