Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic is changing human life. Due to COVID-19, which started in China in 2019, the world is facing an infectious disease crisis. In 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. In order for humanity to protect the Earth from infectious diseases, we must quickly adapt to environmental changes. COVID-19 appears to be raising new questions about the relationship between state power and civil society in the future of humanity. COVID-19 appears to be raising new questions about the relationship between state power and civil society in the future of humanity. First, when medical resources are lacking, the problem of ranking treatment and prevention targets arises. Next, in the context of an infectious disease, this is not a new fact, but humanity around the world must be treated fairly for the disease. And on issues at the level of state power and civil society, cooperation and compromise are called for rather than confrontation and hostility between state power and civil society. In the classical and modern Korean poetry examined so far, the poets understood how civil society cooperates and colludes with state power, pharmaceuticals, and the medical industry. Korean poets are focusing their creative activities on ways to control and control infectious diseases by expressing them in poetry.
