Abstract

To do this, we analyzed the influential factors of job performance by listening to the opinions of 112 police officers working in police agencies. Job performance is a individual psychology nature, system based nature, and job environment nature factor, and we make it unstructured open questions. At the result, the individual psychology nature are 'competence, openness, acceptability', the system based nature are 'fraud stimulation and work base', the job environment nature factors which recognitions of 'work tautness, job importance, work discretion' have been shown to high effect on performance. Combine the above discussion, in the selection process of the police, it is necessary to inspect the personality test separately from the document review by an explicit standard. We should conduct periodic psychological tests on those who have been in service for two years or more and those who are under-worked, to determine whether they are eligible for work. In addition, we urgently need encouraging factors to improve the professionalism of 112 police officers and recruit excellent talent, and to improve system and equipment, we need to revise related laws and ordinances which ease the burden of third-party location tracking.
