종자중시사상으로 부활한 북한 문예이론 종자론의 실체에 대한 연구

Abstract

This study is written to examine closely the theory attaching importance to Jongja, which began to rise as governing principle at North Korean society in early 2000. As everybody knows, the theory attaching importance to jongja began from Jongja theory, which was the North Korean literary theory presented at 'the motion picture art theory' written by Kim Jeong-Il in April, 1973 and means that 'Jongja should be established rightly as the core of work, based on that material, and subject decided and then ideology set up. Since 2000 it has been spread to every parts, such as literary art, social science, agriculture, education, publication, news(speech), scientific research, and training executive of party and raised to the theory attaching importance to Jongja in every parts, by party's demand. They stress the accomplishment of Jongja theory as the new way of thought and spread into every spheres in society. Kim Jeong-Il couldn't continue the dying injunctions depending on Juche idea, who succeeded as a man of power and became the top decision making man in North Korean policy. So he extends the policy to protect North Korean structure and build up the power to take up an international challenge, promoting military-first politics. The military-first politics or military-first ideology can be the mean to solve the political and diplomatic problem, but not for public welfare such as serious food problem and financial difficulties. In these circumstances they chose Jongja theory, raised it to the theory attaching importance to Jongja, itemized and have been promoting practical concrete strategy in new century 2001. That transformative process doesn't only offer the vision to look around the today North Korean society, but also helps understand the structure of North Korean society, culture, literature and art since 2000. It will be the good lesson in the process that the sphere of pure humanity is about to escape from crisis and expand into cultural industry or cultural contents industry.
