체코, 호주, 한국의 컴퓨터·정보 소양에 영향을 미치는 학생 및 학교 변인 간 구조적 관계 분석

본 연구는 최근 미래 시민이 갖추어야할 핵심역량으로 부각되고 있는 컴퓨터·정보 소양에 영향을 미치는 변인들 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 바탕으로 ICILS 2013의 학생 및 교사 설문 결과 중컴퓨터·정보 소양 영향 변인을 선정하여, 학생 및 학교수준으로 이루어진 구조방정식 모형을 설정하고, ICILS 2013 컴퓨터·정보 소양 상위국인 체코, 호주, 우리나라 결과를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 세 국가에 대해 연구 모형은 적합한 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 변인 간 영향력을 분석한 결과 세 국가 공통으로 학생의 사회경제적 배경이 좋고, ICT 자기효능감이높을수록 컴퓨터·정보 소양이 높았다. 특히 우리나라 학생들의 컴퓨터·정보 소양은 다른 변인에 비해 ICT 자기효능감에 영향을 많이 받고, 학교에 ICT 자원이 부족하다고 느끼는 교사들에게 배운 학생들의 컴퓨터·정보 소양이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학교수준 변인의 경우에는 공통적인 경향이 나타나지 않았고, 학생수준 변인의 경우도 일상생활에서의 인터넷 활용과 학교에서의 ICT 과제 수행 경험 변인은 국가마다 효과가 다르게 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between the contextual variables and CIL scores. The study also compared the effect that student and school factors have on students’ CIL between the three countries. In this study, ICILS 2013 data is used to determine how students and school factors are associated with computer and information literacy in Australia, Czech Republic, and Korea. The theoretical model fits are acceptable for all countries regarding the SEM analyses. These results can provide insights into principal elements on the student level and the school level which contribute to a higher CIL performance.
