변성기 남자 청소년을 위한 가창 지도 방법

청소년기의 남학생들은 변성기라는 신체적 변화로 인해 음역이 매우 불안정하여 가창학습을 하는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 가창교육의 교육목표 달성을 위해서는 변성기 남자 청소년들의 가창지도를 효율적으로 지도할 수 있는 방법이 모색될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 변성기 남자청소년들의 실제적 가창지도 방안을 제시함으로서 변성기 남학생들을 지도하는 교사들에게 필요한기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 교사는 최소한의 기본 이론에 대한 개념 확립과 더불어 지속적인 자기 훈련으로 기능을 단련시켜 학생들을 지도해야 한다. 특히 변성 중에 있는 남학생들에게 가장 적합한 방법인 이조를 통한음역조정, 음고 조정, 발성지도, 합창하기, 그리고 선곡에 있어서도 유의하여야 한다. 이어 더불어남자 청소년들이 변성으로 인해 갖게 되는 문제점 및 심리적 부담감을 해소시켜주어야 하며, 이는일반 가창교육뿐만 아니라 전문 성악교육과의 연계를 효율적으로 이룰 수 있게 하므로 세심한 주의가 필요하다.
Abstract
Pubescent male students experience many difficulties when taking singing lessons due to the transliteration instability that results from the physical changes they undergo while their voices are deepening. In order to attain the objects of signing education, how to provide efficient singing guidance to male adolescents whose voices are deepening should carefully be considered. This study examined authentic singing teaching methods for pubescent male students in an effort to offer some useful information to teachers responsible for those students. The findings of the study are as follows. Teachers should have a proper understanding of the basis of singing guidance appropriate for students at puberty and provide them with sustainable self-training. Specifically,transposition is the best way for students with changing voices to regulate their transliteration. Teachers should consider: the regulation of pitch, vocalization guidance, chorus education, and the selection of appropriate music and songs. Teachers should help those male students to resolve the problems that develop from the change of voice, relieving the accompanying stress through understanding and guidance. Especially, teachers should pay close attention to singing guidance for such students, since their discretion will serve to ensure the success of not only of school singing education but also of professional vocal music education.
