본 연구는 2022 개정 체육과 교육과정의 교수·학습 방향이 현장에 올바르게 안착될 수 있도록 초등 현장을 기반으로 하여 실천적 지식을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 교육실습 지도교사 4명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 면담 및 수업참관일지, 수업 동영상, 연구자 저널, 교수·학습과정안 등을 통해 자료를 수집하고 자료의 지속적이고 나선형적인 분석 과정을 모델화한 Park & Cho(2016)의 질적 자료 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 신체활동 역량함양을 위한 교수·학습이 이루어지기 위해서는 현장교사들의 교육과정 문해력과 교수·학습 과정에서 평가 방법과 도구의 다양한 활용이 필요함을 강조하였다. 움직임의 체계적 발달을 위한 교수·학습을 위해서는 교사의 운동지식과 기능에 대한 전문성을 바탕으로 기본 움직임 기술에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다. 디지털 기술을 활용한 효율적 교수·학습에서는 학급 LMS의 운영, 에듀테크 기반 환경 구축, 가상현실 프로그램 등을 통한 체육수업의 질적 개선을 제안하였다. 2022 개정 체육과 교육과정의 교수·학습 방향이 올바로 실현되기 위해서는 양질의 교과용도서 개발과 현장과 소통하는 대학의 교사교육자와 전문연구자, 연구하는 교사 간의 끊임없는 공동체 사고 활동이 요구된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore practical knowledge based on elementary school sites so that the teaching and learning direction of the 2022 revised physical education curriculum can be properly established in the field. To the end the author selected four instructors of practice teaching as study participants, collected data through interviews class observation journals, class videos, researcher journals, and teaching and learning plans, and discussed the results by using Park & Cho (2016)’s method for qualitative data analysis. In order to execute teaching and learning for the improvement of physical competencies, it is emphasized that teachers in the field need to have literacy about the curriculum, and should use various evaluation methods and tools in teaching and learning processes. For teaching and learning to develop motor skills systematically, understanding basic motor skills based on the teacher’s motor knowledge and expertise in the functions must be prioritized. Concerning efficient teaching and learning applying digital technology, this researcher proposes to improve the quality of physical education class through the operation of class LMS, establishment of an edutech-based environment, and virtual reality programs. In order to realize the direction of teaching and learning of the 2022 revised physical education curriculum properly, it is necessary to develop high-quality textbooks, facilitate teacher educators and professional researchers at universities to communicate with the field, and encourage researching teachers to be involved in community thinking activities constantly.
