초등 체육수업 역량 강화를 위한 전문적 학습공동체 실행 경험

Abstract

This study intends to discuss the results of professional learning community activities, recognizing that the correct application of the teaching and learning direction presented by the 2022 revised physical education curriculum is to strengthen the capacity of physical education classes. A professional learning community was organized with 4 homeroom teachers and 1 science teacher from the elementary school affiliated with the National University of Education and operated for about 10 months from March to December 2022, and it is an implementation study of a qualitative pattern. Research Results In order to properly establish the teaching and learning direction of the 2022 revised physical education curriculum, various classes and educational programs tailored to the context were implemented through a process of in-depth understanding of the six teaching and learning directions presented in the curriculum. In particular, classes closely related to the contents described in the curriculum were conducted, focusing on teaching and learning for the systematic development of movements newly proposed in the 2022 revised physical education curriculum and efficient teaching and learning directions using digital technology. Since the cultivation of students' capabilities through physical education classes is based on the teacher's capabilities, it is necessary to provide knowledge and information about the 2022 revised curriculum as well as university teacher educators' understanding of the 2022 revised curriculum so that the subject-educational value of physical education classes can be doubled.
