Wang Fuzhi`s annotation on Zhouyi rebuild Confucianism with advocating exist and act and engender, discard influence from Buddhism and Daoism in Confucianism, based learning apotheosis for new time. His doctrine that build Qian and Kun equally canonized materialism of Qi, criticize the school of Wang Yangming`s disciple, celebrate Zhuxi`s theory echo with time ethos in last Ming everywhere, have a effect of leading learning content in early Qing.
