한방의약 복약지도서를 위한 정보디자인 연구

연구배경: 의약품의 복약지도가 법적으로 의무화되면서 복약지도서의 정보디자인 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 양약에 비해 제도적으로 도외시된 한방의약의 복약지도 또한 국민의 알권리보호와 건강증진을 위해 개선되어야 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 한약 복약지도서의 정보디자인 개발을 통해 효율적인 복약정보 전달에 도움을 주며 복약지도서 사례를 제안함으로써 한의약 현장의 실질적 사용 가능성을 타진해 보는데 그 목적이 둔다. 연구의 방법은 먼저 사례와 문헌을 통한 조사‧분석 연구와 추출된 정보를 픽토그램으로 만드는 정보디자인 연구 그리고 정보의 효율성을 고려한 한약 복약지도서 디자인 개발로 이루어진다. 연구결과: 한약은 그 개념이 양약과 달라 복약에 있어서도 상이한 부분이 많다. 이러한 한약의 복약정보 특성을 고려하여 정보를 구축하고 각 정보를 표현하는 픽토그램을 개발한다. 정보의 중요도와 픽토그램 활용도를 검증하기 위해 실제로 복약지도서를 디자인하여 제안한다. 결론: 사회적 관심과 함께 의료분야의 서비스디자인 개선 요구는 점차 확대될 것이다. 한약 복약지도서의 정보디자인 개발을 통해 낙후된 한방의약계의 복약정보 객관화 노력을 촉진시키고 환자들의 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있길 기대한다.
Abstract
Background: Due to a legal requirement of the medication counseling about prescribed drugs, the need of information design on medication counseling manuals has come to the fore. Compare to western medicine, medication counseling of oriental medicine has been institutionally neglected. It has to be improved for people’s right to know and health promotion. Methods: The goal of this study is to help effective communication of medication counseling information. And also it is to sound out the oriental medication field of usability in medication counseling manual. The methods of this study are a survey analysis research of cases and references, a design study of pictograms with information which is extracted form the research. and developing the medication counseling manual of oriental medicine. Result: Because of the conceptual difference between western and oriental medicine, the informations of medication counseling are also very different. This study sets up the information categories with considering characteristics of oriental medication counseling. To investigate the importance degree of the informations and the usability of pictograms, an actual medication counseling manual is suggested. Conclusion: The improvement needs of service design in the field of medicine will be growing with social concern. This study expects to drive oriental medicine field efforts to objectify the medication counseling information and higher degree of patient satisfaction through the development of information design on the oriental medication counseling manual.
