한국 의료관광 경쟁력 강화를 위한 효율적 자원배분 전략: 의료분야를 중심으로

초록

The main purpose of this study is to induce key success factors in medical area to allocate efficiently resources to improve medical tourism industry in Korea. 19 key factors are used over the medical coordinator, medical team and medical institution fields. Face to face interview with 250 individuals, who are mostly team leaders in medical tourism institutions, was applied to identify relative importance of each key factors for medical tourism. Importance-Performance Analysis was used to know the priority over key factors in each field. Key factors with highest order of priority for investing resources to improve medical industry in Korea, which are recognised important but dissatisfied, are (1) foreign language ability and understanding of customer needs in medical coordinator area, (2) foreign language ability and consulting attitude in medical team area, (3) responsibility of risk and follow-up service in medical institution area.
