공통감각과 메텍시스 - 칸트, 랑시에르, 아도르노에게서 ‘도래할’ 공동체의 원리

본 연구는 칸트, 랑시에르, 아도르노의 고찰들을 중심으로 신자유주의적 파편화와 사회 해체 이후 필요한 공동체적 관계의 원리에 관한 사유를 논하고자 한다. 칸트는 그의 공통감각 개념을 통해, 공동체가 전제하는 공통성이 공통의 감각적, 정서적 유사성에 기초해야 한다는 사실을 보여준다. 그런데 이는 그러한 공통성을 가능케 하는 특정한 방식의 시공간의 구조적 분할과 배치를 전제한다. 이로부터 랑시에르는 칸트가 전제하는 이러한 공통성의 구조가 중립적인 합의에 의해 구성되는 것이 아니라, 감각적 분할과 재분할의 과정을 둘러싼, 배제와 참여의 갈등 속에 전개되는 것임을 보여준다. 끝으로 아도르노는 이러한 정치적 공동체의 형성과정 속에서 미메시스적 연대의 형태들을 발견하고자 한다. 그에 따르면, 개별자와 보편자 사이의 탈억압적 관계망을 의미하는 짜임관계의 형성은 이러한 원리에 의해 이뤄질 수 있다. 이러한 논의에 기초하여, 본 논문은 혈연적 동질성이나 지역적 테두리에서 형성되는 전통적 공동체와 구분되는 현대적 방식의 공동체성의 형성조건과 그 사회·정치철학적 함의들에 관해 논한다.
Abstract
This article discusses the thoughts on the principle of communitarian relations which is needed after neoliberal destruction of the society. In this purpose, this article relies on reflections of Kant, Rancière and Adorno. Through his concept of common sense, Kant shows that ‘the common’ which is presupposed in a community must be based on the sensual, affectional similarity. From this point of view, Rancière concluded that this structure of the common which Kant assumes is not constituted by neutral consensus, but spreads out in conflicts between exclusion and participation. At last, Adorno tries to discover the forms of mimetic solidarity in the process of formation of the political community. According to him, the formation of constellation which means non-repressive relation between the individual and the universal can be accomplished by principle. Based on this discussions, this article deals with the conditions of the formation of community in modern way and its social and political philosophical implications.
