본 연구는 청소년의 스트레스 및 자아존중감이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 비행경험의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였으며, 전북지역 고등학교 1~3학년 총 499명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스트레스 및 자아존중감, 비행경험, 우울간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 스트레스 각 하위변인들과 우울 간에는 정적상관관계가 나타났으며, 자아존중감과의 상관관계는 부적상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 스트레스 및 자아존중감이 우울에 미치는 영향에서 비행경험의 매개효과를 살펴본 결과 스트레스 하위영역인 가정스트레스, 친구스트레스에서는 부분매개효과가 나타났으며, 학교스트레스 요인에서는 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 또한 자아존중감에서는 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 즉 청소년이 스트레스를 높게 지각할수록 비행경험수준이 높아지고 이를 통해 우울수준이 높아지는 효과를 발휘한 것으로 알 수 있다. 또한 청소년들의 낮은 자아존중감은 비행경험을 매개로하여 우울수준이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The intermediary effect of delinquency experience of adolescent's stress and self-esteem on depression was to be reviewed in this study; questionnaire survey was carried out on a total of 499 students from 1~3rd grade of high schools in jeonbuk area. The result of this study is a follows. Fist, review on the correlation among stress, self-esteem, delinquency experience and depression showed that lower factor of stress and depression are positively correlated while self-esteem and depression are negatively correlated. Second, review on the intermediary effect of delinquency experience from the influence of adolescent's stress and self-esteem on depression revealed the partial mediating effect of family stress, friend stress; school stress revealed the complete mediation. Also, self-esteem revealed the partial mediating effect. That is, the higher the perception level of adolescent's stress, the higher was the level of delinquency experience. It shows that the effect of depression is higher. Also, This study presents that low self-esteem perceived by the adolescents increases the impression with the delinquency experience as a medium.
