교사교육에서의 스포츠교육 체험에 대한 사례: 수용과 거부 사이의 갈등

이 글은 스포츠교육 체험에서 드러난 예비 체육교사의 교육학적 지식을 탐구하고자 한다. 22명의 예비교사가 10주간 육상시즌을 운영하면서 나타난 사례를 이야기 하고 있다. 이야기의 주된 자료는 수업관찰, 계획서, 면담, 일지, 웹 게시판 등으로 수집하였다. 예비교사들은 학습자 중심의 체육수업에 초점을 두고 시나리오를 작성실행하면서 교사와 학생의 이중역할을 경험하였다. 그결과 스포츠교육이 교사지식이나 수업기술 습득을 위해 반드시 필요하지만 그 전략을 습득하기란 쉽지 않기에 수업은 교사주도로 운영하는것을 지지한다. 이를 바탕으로 예비 교사교육에서 시급하게 제공되어야 할 내용이 무엇인지 소개하고 논의한다.
Abstract
This article describes the results of a study on the pedagogy experiences of pre-teacher education in physical education through implementation sport education. For this, 22 undergraduate pre-service teachers were involved for 10 weeks of track and field season during school semester. Data were collected through observations, lesson plans, journals, interviews and bulletin boards on the website by both students and lecturer. Data analyzed using constant comparison from beginning of data collection to analyzing and carried out member checks with students. Findings described that the student teachers were familiar with new pedagogy implementation in teaching and learning in sport education. This study suggested that one should first practice to pre-service teacher education institute of sport education with instructional models in physical education. This result will be implicated to rethinking physical education teacher educators who need to be challenged and to try a program for pedagogical innovation.
