10대 청소년들을 대상으로 하는 정보통신윤리 교육의 궁극적인 목적은 학생들 스스로가 정보사회에서 무엇이 옳고, 옳지 않은지를 판단하고 올바른 행동을 하고자 하는 의식을 향상시키는 것이다. 따라서 근본적인 차원에서 인터넷 중독, 불법 SW 다운, 사이버 폭력 등과 같은 정보통신윤리 역기능 행동이 왜 유발되는지에 대한 올바른 이해가 선행되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회심리이론의 하나인 계획된 행동이론(TPB)을 원용하여 중학교 학생들의 정보통신윤리 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인간 관계를 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 정보통신윤리 행동에 대한 ‘개인적 태도’와 ‘주관적 규범’, 그리고 ‘지각된 행동통제’ 모두 올바른 정보통신윤리 행동의도를 형성하는데 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었고, 특히 올바른 정보통신윤리 행동을 할 수 있다는 자신감, 자아능력과 같은 ‘지각된 행동통제’ 요인은 다른 2개의 요인에 비해 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 개발될 각종 정보통신윤리 관련 교육자료 개발과 상담자료 및 검사도구 개발에 있어 유용한 지침을 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The final aim of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness level of adolescents so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially understand why the unethically behaviors such as internet addiction, illegal S/W download, and cyber violence are happening in terms of psychology. To solve the problem, in this paper, we analyzed the relationship between the factors influencing middle school students's behavioral intention to perform the ICE through Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). In summary, 'Attitudes', 'Subjective Norms', 'Perceived Behavior Control' toward ICE behavior were helpful to perform the ICE behavior and they were also statically significant. Especially 'Perceived Behavior Control' gave a larger effect than other 2 factors to perform the ICE behavior. This result would provide the useful guideline to develop the educational resources, counsel materials, and scale for ICE.
