인터넷과 스마트폰 등 온라인 기술의 발전으로 디지털 콘텐츠의 온라인 시장이 성장함에 따라불법복제물의 유통규모도 점점 커지고 있다. 특히 불법복제물의 이용은 청소년층에서 가장 높게 발생하며 이는 장기적으로 디지털 콘텐츠 구매층이 될 청소년이 정품이용보다 불법이용을 선호한다는 문제를 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 청소년들의 디지털콘텐츠 불법이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하고 불법이용을 줄이기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석을 위해서 디지털콘텐츠의 상황적 변수를 규제수준, 지각된 이익, 콘텐츠 가격, 과거행동으로 정의하고 계획된 행동이론의 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동통제력을 매개로 불법이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 지각된 이익은 태도를 매개로, 규제수준, 지각된 이익, 과거행동은 지각된 행동통제력을 매개로 불법사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Since the development of networks and smart phones and other online technologies, digitalcontents online market growth has led to the circulation scale of piracy increase gradually. Inparticular, using piracy mainly appear in adolescents£¨ which shows the issue that the Long-termbuy digital contents of adolescents would prefer buying the piracy rather than genuine product. Thus, this study analyzed the influencing factors of the intention of Illegally using the digital contentsin adolescents, and proposes measures to reduce the use of piracy. This study used the regulatorylevel of situational variables in digital content, perceived Benefit, contents cost, defined ofthe past behavior and the attitude of theory of planned behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioralcontrol as parameters to analyzed the influence on the intention of illegally using the digital contents. The results of this study indicate that perceived benefit as attitude’s parameter, and regulationlevel, perceived benefit, past behavior as perceived behavioral control’s parameters areimpact on the intention of illegally using the digital contents.
