연구목적: 본 연구는 지체장애학교 교사의 배경변인별에 따른 체육교육 환경, 내재적 동기, 교직 헌신, 그리고 수업 만족에 대한 인식 차이를 알아보기 위화여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 연구방법: 설문지는 체육교육 환경 24문항, 내재적 동기 12문항, 교직 헌신 12문항, 그리고 수업 만족 15문항으로 구성하였다. 전국의 지체장애학교 교사 356명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 자료처리를 위하여 독립표본 t 분석과 F 검증을 적용하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 지체장애학교 교사의 교직경력과 최종학력은 체육교육 환경, 내재적 동기, 교직 헌신, 그리고 수업 만족과 같은 네 영역에 인식 차이를 제공하는 주요 배경변인이었다. 학교급별과 주당 체육수업 시수는 네 영역에 대한 인식 차이를 제공하는 주요 배경변인이 아니었다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 지체장애학교 교사의 교직경력과 최종학력이 비례적으로 교육과정 및 교수학습 등에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 중요 변인임을 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of perception of physical education environment, intrinsic motivation, teaching commitment, and instruction satisfaction according to background variables of school teachers for students with physical disabilities. Method: The questionnaire consisted of 24 items of physical education environment, 12 items of intrinsic motivation, 12 items of teaching commitment, and 15 items of instruction satisfaction. The questionnaire data of 356 school teachers for students with disabilities were analyzed. Independent sample t analysis and F test were applied for data processing. Results: The results of the study were as follows. Teacher 's teaching career and final academic ability of the school teachers were the main background variables that provided perception difference in four domains such as physical education environment, intrinsic motivation, teaching commitment, and instruction satisfaction. School grade and weekly physical education classes were not the main background variables that provided perceptions of the four domains. Conclusion: Therefore this study suggested that the teaching career and the final educational attainment of the school teachers were influenced positively on the curriculum and teaching and learning.
