이 연구는 특수학교 체육교사의 수업스트레스와 해소 요구수준을 밝히는 연구로서, 특수학교 체육교사의 성별, 교육경력별, 학교급별, 설립유형별, 장애영역별 등의 배경 변인별로 수업과 관련된 스트레스와 해소 요구수준을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 수행하기 위해 전국특수학교 체육교사 126명을 대상으로 수업스트레스와 해소 요구수준 설문지로 조사하였다. 연구의 결과로 교육과정, 교사, 학생요인의 수업스트레스 수준은 교육경력에 따라 차이가 있었다. 남교사는 수업환경요인의 스트레스가 높았고, 여교사는 교사개인요인의 스트레스가 높았다. 국ㆍ공립학교는 사립학교에 비해 수업운영, 교사, 학생 요인의 수업스트레스가 높았고, 사립학교는 수업환경요인의 스트레스가 높았다. 장애영역에서는 정신지체가 시각장애와 청각장에 비해 스트레스가 높았다. 교사개인, 학생개인의 수업스트레스 해소 요구수준은 교육경력에 따라 차이가 있었다. 고등학교는 중학교에 비해 수업환경요인에서 수업스트레스 해소 요구수준이 높게 나타났으며, 또한 고등학교는 초등학교 비해 교육과정에서 수업스트레스 해소 요구수준이 높게 나타났다.
Abstract
This study, as the study that enlightens classes’ stresses and solutions of physical education teacher in special schools, is to find out physical education teachers’ stresses related to classes, fot examples, according to background variations of physical education teachers in special schools, for instances, genders, teaching careers, school levels, school establishment types, handicap types that related with classes, as methods the subjects are 126 physical education teachers in special schools all over the country surveyed by means of the questionnaires of classes’ stresses and solutions. The result is as follows. firstly, it showed that there were differences in the area of the curriculum, education teachers, students. in case of male teacher, the stresses classes’ environments are high. in case of female teachers, the stresses of teachers’ personal elements are high. in case of national schools and public school, are higher than private schools in the factor of class managements, teachers and students. in contrast, in private schools, the stresses of the elements of class environments are high. in the categories of disabilities, in the factor of mental retardation the stress level in teaching was higher in sequence of teachers for students with visual impairment and hearing impairment. secondly, there were differences in the area of the teachers personal elements, students personal elements, in the solutions level of the stress. in factor of instructional environment solution level of the stress in teaching of high school teachers was higher than elementary school. and in factor of curriculum solution level of the stress in teaching of high school teachers was higher than elementary school.
