이 연구에서는 현행 「바른생활」 교과서의 문제점에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 ‘2007년개정교육과정’에 따른 「바른생활」 교과서의 개발원칙, 특징과 내용 등을 살펴보고자 하였다. ‘2007년개정교육과정’에서 바른생활 교과는 현행의 간학문적 접근과 심리사회적 접근과의 ‘절충형’을 취하고 있다. 즉, 이는 「바른생활」 교과가 통합 교과이기 때문에 학생 생활중심의 심리사회적 접근을 기본으로 해야 하지만, 「바른생활」 교과의 성격과 내용이 「도덕」 교과와 관련이 깊기 때문에 모교과로서 매우 비중 있게 고려해야 함을 강조한 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 이번 바른생활 교과용도서 개발 시 주요 특징으로는 세 통합교과 간의 통합과 연계, 공통단원의 설정, 모든 차시에 인지, 정의, 행동적 요소의 포함, 교수-학습 과정 개요(학습문제 인지하기→바른 행동 알아보기→바른 행동 실천해보기→실천동기 부여) 제시, 제재를 단원으로 수정, 단원 교수에 도움이 될 인터넷 사이트(Internet Sites) 소개, 단원의 학습경험 목록 제시 등을 들 수 있다.
Abstract
「바른생활(Right Life)」 in ‘2007 Reformed National Curriculum' makes a compromise between interdisciplinary and psychological-social approach. 「바른생활」 is regarded as the mother of 「도덕(Moral Education)」 primally, but it is pursuit to the emphasis of psychological-social approach with because of integrated subject. The main features in developing 「바른생활」 may be summarized as follows: the integration and connection among three integrated subjects, the establishment of hour common units, inclusion of the cognitive, affective, behavioral elementary, presenting the outline of teaching-learning process(cognition of learning problems→knowing the right behavior→knowing the merits of right behavior→endowing practice motivation), introducing the internet site helped to ones in teaching, and list of quality learning experiences.
