본 연구는 진로교육, 진로·직업교육, 장애인 고용 및 복지 분야 조사도구들에서 제시하는 장애학생 진로·직업교육에 관련된 문항 내용들을 통합적으로 분석하여 동향을 살펴보고, ‘장애학생 진로·직업교육 현황조사’의 대영역 및 하위영역의 범주를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 시행되고 있는 12개 실태 및 현황조사 도구들을 분석 자료로 설정하였다. ‘초·중등 진로교육 현황조사(2021)’의 대영역을 분석의 틀로 참조하여, Krippendorff(2004)의 내용분석 과정을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 총 7개 대영역(진로·직업교육 관련 인프라, 장애학생의 진로 계획, 진로·직업교육 자료 이용 현황, 진로·직업교육 관련 협력 현황, 진로·직업교육 교육과정 및 프로그램 현황, 장애학생의 사회참여 현황, 진로·직업교육에 대한 인식)과 32개의 하위영역으로 분류하였다. 본 연구는 ‘장애학생 진로·직업교육 현황조사’ 도구 개발을 위한 기초 연구로, 내용분석을 통해 대영역 및 하위영역을 도출함으로써 구체적인 문항 개발의 초석을 다졌다는 데 의미가 있다. 향후 문항 개발뿐 아니라 ‘장애학생 진로·직업교육 현황조사’ 시스템을 안정적으로 구축하여 장애학생의 진로·직업교육 관련 조사가 정기적으로 실시되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the trends of the contents of questionnaire in the survey tools related to career and vocational education, and employment and welfare for people with disabilities, and to derive the main and sub areas of ‘Survey on the current status of career and vocational education for students with disabilities’. Twelve measurement tools currently being implemented were used for analysis. Content analysis process of Krippendorff(2004) was conducted based on the major areas presented in the ‘survey on the current status of elementary and secondary career education(2021)’ as the standard for analysis. As a result, a total of 7 major areas(career and vocation education related infrastructure, career planning of students with disabilities, status of materials of career and vocational education, status of interagency collaboration, status of career and vocational education curriculum and programs, social participation of students with disabilities, perception of career and vocational education) and 32 sub areas were identified. This study is a basic study for the development of the ‘survey on the current status of career and vocational education for students with disabilities’, and it is meaningful that it laid the foundation for the development of specific questionnaire by deriving main and sub areas through content analysis. In addition to developing questionnaire, it is necessary to stably establish a system of ‘survey on the current status of career and vocational education for students with disabilities’ to collect data on a regular basis.
