본 연구는 질적 사례연구 방법을 통해 교사가 실제로 어떻게 수업을 계획하는지 알아보고 이를 논의하였다. 이를 위해 한 초등학교 교사 한 명을 대상으로 회상자극면담, 심층면담, 수업관찰, 문서분석 등의 방법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하여 사례를 기술하고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 초등 교사가 실제로 하는 수업계획은 수업설계의 체제적(systemic) 특징을 보여주고 있었다. 이에 초등교사의 체제적인 수업계획이 학교의 체계적 계획 방식과 충돌하고 있었으며, 이러한 갈등으로 말미암아 교사의 수업 계획은 공식적 계획과 실제 계획으로 이원화 되고, 이중의 일이나 둘 간의 차이가 발생하는 현상으로 나타남을 알게 되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe and discuss how teacher plan. In order to accomplish the questions, the study employed qualitative case study methodology. Stimulated recall interview as major data collection strategy of this study were triangulated with collecting documents, observation, in-depth interview, writing note. Through analysis of data, investigator found that teacher planning is systemic. As a result, teacher’s systemic planning was in conflict with systematic planning of school. The aspect of conflict leaded to discordance between formal plan and informal plan (practical plan).
