2015 개정 통합교과 교과용 도서와 관련한 교사의 행위 탐색: 교사 행위주체성 개념을 중심으로

이 연구는 2015 개정 통합교과용 도서와 관련하여 교사가 발휘하는 행위를 교사 행위주체성 개념에 비추어 탐색하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 교사 행위주체성 개념을 검토하여 교사 행위주체성을 탐구할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 마련하고, 이에 기초하여 2015 개정 통합교과용 도서와 관련하여 교사가 발휘하는 행위는 어떠한 의미와 특징을 지니는지를 탐색하였다. 연구 결과, 2015 개정 통합교과 교과용 도서와 관련하여 성취된 교사 행위주체성은 첫째, 교과서를 상호보완적 관계로 인식한다는 것이었고, 둘째, 학생과 함께 수업을 만드는 것이었으며, 셋째, 시간표의 교육적 중요성을 느끼는 것이었다. 즉 교사의 행위는 교사 개인이 가진 능력 토대로 발휘되기도 하지만, 교사를 둘러싼 과거, 현재, 미래의 구조와 맥락이 교사의 행위주체성에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통해 첫째, 교사는 언제나 변화하며, 둘째, 교과용 도서는 교사의 행위를 변화시키고, 셋째, 교사는 교과용 도서를 변화시킨다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the behaviors of teachers in relation to the 2015 revised integrated curriculum books in light of the concept of teacher agency. To this end, this study examines the concept of teacher agency and prepares a conceptual framework to explore teacher agency. explored. As a result of the study, the teacher's agency achieved in relation to the 2015 revised integrated curriculum books was first, that they recognized textbooks as a complementary relationship, second, that they made classes together with students, and third, that they felt the educational importance of the timetable. it was In other words, the teacher's behavior is displayed based on the teacher's individual ability, but the structure and context of the past, present, and future surrounding the teacher had a great influence on the teacher's agency. Through this, it was possible to discuss that first, teachers always change, second, textbooks change the behavior of teachers, and third, teachers change textbooks.
