Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyzed the dance training effect on fatigue factors in blood. 10 professional dancer(two male and eight female) took park in this study. Dance training program practiced traditional and creative dance during 5 days in a week through consecutive 12 weeks. In the training, they alternately practiced basis and arrangement training based on stretching and Park, Kem-sul for 20 minutes, and then also alternately practiced traditional and creative dance classified by respective week for total 120 minutes(90 minutes in A.M. training and 120 minutes in P.M. training). The paired t-test method are used to analyzed compare on significant effect for pre and post. The results are as follows. The change of lactate was found to have more significant decrease in rest, exercise and recovery than before training, and the increase of calcium was improved motor ability, and the increase of phosphorus was delayed the decrease of muscle power, and the increase of creatine was delayed the decrease of muscle power, and then the reaction of enzyme in blood for exercise strength was found to have a affirmative effect on demonstration of effective exercise capability in long time exercise. Therefore, the program of korean dance training in 60∼80%HRmax during 5 days in a week through 12 weeks was found to have a affirmative effect on demonstration of effective exercise power in long time exercise by preventing fatigue factors in blood.
