Abstract

‘Women’s International War Crimes Tribunal on the Trial of Japan’s Military Sexual Slavery’ is held in Tokyo in 2000, to be linking the genealogy of civilian trials Russell’s 1966 that began in court. However, the Russell court, which asked for U.S. war crimes in the Vietnam War, had great limitations in that it did not deal with wartime sexual violence, violence against women, and ecological massacre called Ecocide as crimes, even though it was the beginning of a civilian court that laid the foundation for its effect and authority. This is no other than the limitation of the category of ‘min’. Therefore, in this article, I would like to use “people” as an extended concept, not limited to the conceptual words that refer only to the possibility of “new people,” that is, the people/citizens or human existence that the state counts. The civilian court, which dealt with not only wartime sexual violence that was not visible in the Russell court but also violence committed against women in everyday life, was held in Brussels in 1976. This is the aggressive feminist organized by following the original ‘An international court crimes against women’, not be treated as such in South Korea. Japan of tourism, parasitic and the existence of ‘Japanese military sexual slavery’, and Korean students in this court a spy ring scandal of sexual torture victims were reported. The private court on ecocide was held in the Hague in 2016 under the name of ‘Monsanto International Court’. However, discussions on what “ecology” means are omitted in this court, so it remains in a “class” that has not surpassed the world imagined as a pyramid-type “ecosystem” with humans at its peak, and the court’s judgment related to the Vietnam War seems to have retreated from the first private court, the Russell court.
