송사(宋词)는 중국 고전문학의 귀중한 보물로서, 고전시가의 발전을 대표하기도 한다. 북송(北宋)과 남송(南宋)이 교체되던 시기에 사회, 문화, 정치, 경제 등 여러 방면에서 중대한 변화가 일어났다. 본 논문은 사인 이청조의 개인적 삶의 정황을 바탕으로, 송실남도(宋室南渡)와 정강지변(靖康之變)과 같은 역사적 사건을 결합하여 그녀의 사풍(詞風) 변화 양상을 심층적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 특히 본고는 의인·의태(比拟)와 대비(对比)라는 두 가지 수사 기법을 중심으로, ‘매화(梅花)’ 이미지를 활용한 대표적 사작을 분석 대상으로 삼는다. 이를 통해 사풍 변화에 영향을 미친 내적‧외적 요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 이청조는 전기에 섬세하고 화려한 표현을 통해 매화 이미지를 내면 감정의 은유로 활용하였으며, 후기에는 나라의 위기와 개인적 상실 속에서 보다 다양한 표현 양식을 통해 강한 애국심과 깊은 위기의식을 드러냈다. 결론적으로 본 논문은 이청조의 사작 속에서 비유와 대비가 주제 의식을 심화하고 정서 표현을 더욱 풍부하게 한 독창적인 예술적 가치와 기능을 고찰하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
Abstract
As a treasure of classical Chinese literature, Song Ci(Song Lyrics) represents, to a considerable extent, the pinnacle of traditional poetic development. During the transitional period between the Northern and Southern Song dynasties, significant transformations occurred across political, economic, social, and cultural domains. This paper, grounded in the personal circumstances of the poet Li Qingzhao and in conjunction with major historical events such as the Southern Migration of the Song imperial court and the Jingkang Incident, conducts an in-depth analysis of the concrete manifestations of changes in her poetic style. Focusing on two rhetorical devices ---metaphor and contrast--- this study offers a concise analysis of selected Song Ci works that employ the imagery of plum blossoms, aiming to uncover both internal and external factors that contributed to and influenced the transformation of her poetic style. It examines how Li Qingzhao, in her earlier works, employed a delicate and ornate aesthetic to metaphorically express genuine inner emotions through plum blossom imagery. In contrast, her later works, composed in the midst of national turmoil and personal tragedy, reveal a more diverse poetic style that conveys profound patriotic sentiments and a heightened sense of national crisis. Ultimately, this paper explores the unique artistic value and expressive potential of metaphor and contrast in deepening thematic concerns and enriching emotional resonance within Li Qingzhao’s Song Ci works.
