유아교사의 감사성향과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 자연연결성의 조절효과

초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 감사성향과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 자연연결성의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 유아교사 218명으로 설문조사를 실시한 뒤, SPSS window version 25.0과 PROCESS macro version 3.5.3을 활용하여 자료분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 유아교사의 감사성향 및 삶의 만족도, 자연연결성은 평균 이상으로 나타났으며 감사성향이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 감사성향, 삶의 만족도, 자연연결성은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Hayes(2018)가 제안한 PROCESS macro의 Model 1번을 사용하여 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 감사성향과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 자연연결성은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 자연연결성 수준의 값이 4.14이하일 경우 조절효과가 유의미하였다. 이는 감사성향이 과소사용되거나 과대사용되지 않고 중용을 유지할 수 있도록 자연연결성이 조절변인으로 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the moderating effect of natural connection in the relationship between gratitude disposition and life satisfaction of early childhood teachers. After conducting a survey with 218 early childhood teachers, data analysis was conducted using SPSS window version 25.0 and PROCESS macro version 3.5.3. First, the tendency to appreciate early childhood teachers, life satisfaction, gratitude disposition, natural connection were above average. Second, there was a positive correlation between the gratitude disposition, life satisfaction, and natural connection of early childhood teachers. Third, the moderating effect was examined using Model 1 of PROCESS macro proposed by Hayes (2018). Natural connectivity had a moderating effect in the relationship between gratitude disposition and life satisfaction. When the value of the natural connectivity level was 4.14 or less, the moderating effect was significant. Natural connectivity played a role as a regulatory variable so that gratitude dispositions were not underused or overused.
