Through this article, I look into the relatives in criminal law. The conception of relatives is used in the family law, and there is no prescription in the criminal law. Therefore conception of relatives is used in the criminal law as it is. The conception of relatives has the same meaning in the criminal law that the civil law has. Then the meaning of relatives is interpreted in the same way. But discrepancy in interpretation is found in many judgments. I think the meaning of relatives in criminal law must interpret the same way that it is interpreted in the civil law. And interpretation in civil law is not suitable for criminal law; we make a partial amendment of the criminal law.
