본 연구는 제7차 교육과정의 특징인 재구성, 학습자 중심, 다양화 및 특성화에 기초하여 교사들의 교육과정 실행 양상을 살펴보고자 하였다. 따라서 유목적 표집 방법을 사용하여 서울특별시 소재 초등학교 교사 9명을 대상으로 반 구조화된 설문지로 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 귀납적 범주 분석을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사들은 학생들의 욕구와 흥미를 고려하여 교육과정을 실행하고 있었다. 둘째, 교사들은 교육과정 실행에 있어 학생들의 개인차와 흥미를 고려하여 수업목표, 수업내용, 수업방법, 평가 방법을 설정하고 있었다. 셋째, 교사들은 지역적 특성을 고려하여 교육과정을 실행하고 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe how to implement the 7th national physical education curriculum in terms of the three core concepts : 'reconstruction', 'student- centeredness' and 'diversification/specialization'. The participants(N=9) were recruited via the purposive sampling method from elementary school in Seoul Metropolis. The data were analyzed by the inductive content analysis method. The conclusions are as follows. First, teachers were teaching by considering the quantity of learning and the degree of student's level. Also it was verified that teachers emphasized students' interests in class. Second, teachers were establishing instructional objectives, contents, methods and estimating methods by considering students' demands and interests. Third, teachers were running curriculum by considering the regional peculiarities.
