미술치료가 자폐성향을 띤 정신지체 장애아동의 언어표현과 관계형성에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to clarify the effects of art therapy on self expression and relationship of the developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend. The concrete study purposes are as follows: 1. To clarify the effect that art therapy influences on self expression of the developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend. 2. To clarify the effect that art therapy influences on relationship of the developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend. The subject is selected as child who was developmental handicapped one with the autistic trend consulted by low self expression and relationship. The program was composed of 16 times of experiments and had run for 16 weeks (1 day a week). The instrument of measurement used in the study were SMS and CARS test that are used to clinically examine developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend. and self expression observation checklist, E-CLAC, parents observation checklist used to verify the effect of psychological therapy. In the material treatment to verify the result of the study, a pretest was done before the test about self expression and relationship. The results were analyzed comparatively through change score in each section. The results of this study were such as the following. First, the art therapy appeared to affect on the increase of self expression of developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend. Second, the art therapy appeared to affect on the increase of relationship of of developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend. Therefore, art therapy appeared to be helpful for the increase of self expression and relationship of developmental handicapped child with the autistic trend.
